Energoprojekt Oprema meets high standards for environmental protection and at the same time raises awareness of employees about the need to protect the environment by managing waste generated in offices and on construction sites.

 

RESPONSIBILITY TO THE LOCAL COMMUNITY
Special attention is paid to the children of our employees by continuously providing various forms of assistance such as scholarships and loans to students and secondary school children.

Long-term cooperation with the Mechanical, Electrical Engineering and the Faculty of Organizational Sciences of the University of Belgrade is a practical way of staying up to date with the current educational program. Final year students have the opportunity to expand their knowledge through apprenticeship, workshops and practical training to acquire the necessary skills for a successful business mentored by  our employees.

In order to promote a healthy lifestyle, we donated significant funds to associations,  sports organizations and medical institutions and foundations.

 

AN HOUR FOR OUR PLANET

Our company joined the action “Earth Hour” held in  World Capitals and cities in Serbia by  switching of the lights for an hour to give a contribution by informing the public about climate change.

 

VOLUNTARY BLOOD DONATION

Blood = Life.  In ENERGOPROJEKT, we show humanity by regularly hosting and responding to voluntary blood donations four times a year. Some of our colleagues voluntarily gave blood more than 50 times.

 

ACTIVITIES OF OUR EMPLOYEES

By collecting PET bottle caps for recycling our company has become part of the “plug handicap” humanitarian association which, trough this action purchases wheelchairs and other orthopedic devices for disabled.

Since 2013, every year brings together a large number of children under the slogan “Children Visit“ which represents a special opportunity for children to spend a day at work with their parents and to socialize and enjoy a variety of entertainment and educational programs.

Also, our youngest traditionally exhibit their drawings which is part of New Year celebration for the children of employees.

 

RESPONSIBILITY TO EMPLOYEES

All Company employees are insured against accident during and outside working hours throughout the year.

We enable them to perform free annual health check-up and required specialist examinations, as well as a discount for their families.

Energoprojekt Oprema  organizes numerous benefits to its employees trough cooperation with: Theaters for ticket purchasing, tourist packages (spa-recreational vacation), footwear and clothing.
