The contract for the construction of Belgrade flight control center annex (CKL) and Belgrade tower (AKL) was signed in December. The Client is Flight Control of Serbia and Montenegro SMATSA Ltd. Belgrade.
The project is being implemented by the JV Energoprojekt Visokogradnja Plc., Energoprojekt Oprema Plc. and EMPEX Ltd. The leader of the consortium is Energoprojekt Visokogradnja Plc. The total net area of the annex CKL is 3,317.86m2, floors L-1+GF+3 with the tower net surface 2,517.14m2 floors L-1 + GF + 16 and height 73.55m.
Energoprojekt Oprema Plc. Scope of Works includes the delivery and installation of electrical equipment and materials, HVAC, telecommunication installations, BMS, installation of elevators, firefighting systems, commissioning, as build drawings, training of client personal, testing and commissioning.
The total value of the Project is EUR 17,443,869.57
